Moffat Beach on the rise

Buyers have increasingly been waking up to the attraction of Moffat Beach, Anne Flaherty, economist at realestate.com.au, says.

The median house price in Moffat Beach has increased by 45.7% an the median apartment price by 36% in the 12 months leading up to September 2022, according to realestate.com.au data.
