Realestate.com: New super-luxe apartment project bound for Brisbane River site

Another boutique residential building is coming to Brisbane’s riverside as demand for luxury apartments continues unabated.

Zephyr Group Queensland has submitted a development application for ‘Palais’ — a residential, riverfront development designed by acclaimed architect Joe Adsett in the affluent suburb of Bulimba..

The project would comprise 13 luxury apartments across two buildings, each offering expansive living areas, state-of-the-art kitchens, and premium fixtures and fittings.

Residents would also have access to amenities such as a rooftop terrace with lap pool, gym, sauna, private gardens, and direct access to the Brisbane River.

“Joe Adsett’s vision for ‘Palais Bulimba’ blends minimalist luxury in perfect harmony and is set to become a new icon in Bulimba,” Zephyr Group Queensland managing director Shane Winterton said.

The development is earmarked for a site with 30 metres of north-facing absolute river frontage, offering panoramic views.

Apartments would feature a sophisticated blend of modern design and high-end finishes, and would be designed to maximise the proximity to the river, providing residents with unparalleled views and a seamless connection to the natural surroundings.

Mr Adsett and his team will be designing, project managing, and selling the development in partnership with Zephyr Group Qld, who will also build the project internally through their building division Zephyr Build.

Mr Winterton said the project’s riverfront location and luxurious features would likely attract significant interest from both local and interstate buyers.

It comes as interest in property in the River City continues to climb.
